Shipping Policy
New Zealand
Our shipping rates apply nationwide. We offer two different shipping options:
- $6.95 Standard Delivery* (2-3 Business Days)
- $8.95 Rural Delivery* (3-4 Business Days)
Shipping is FREE for orders $120 or more.
Australia
- $20 Australia Shipping - Please allow 3 – 10 working days for shipping. This does not include the amount of time for customs. We have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Rest of World
- $30 - Please allow 6 – 18 working days worldwide. This does not include the amount of time for customs. The recipient will be liable for these charges.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are confirmed after the item/s have been successfully returned to us and you will be refunded on your original payment method.
